Adhesives and Wearables Virtual Reality Experience

In this immersive VR experience, users meet a home health aide who cares for elderly and chronic wound patients. In the first half, users see the world through her eyes and memories as she reflects on the struggles of caring for her patients with today’s adhesive technology—bandages and dressings that can tear and irritate delicate skin, which delays the healing process. In the second half, our home health aide postulates on the future where advancements in medical technology, like gentler adhesives and wearable sensors, can improve results and quality of life for her patients.
